Purpose

International Property Directory helps buyers compare companies and services related to overseas property. Current commercial destinations are Cyprus, Greece, Istanbul, Oman and the UAE. NEVESTATE is the expert curator, with a commercial focus on Athens in Greece. Historical destination pages remain available.

Sources and inclusion

Profiles use structured records, attributable official sources and dated observations where available. A destination membership does not prove that every company serves every city, buyer or transaction type. A Russian translation does not establish that a company provides service in Russian.

Independent verification

Inclusion is not endorsement, accreditation, a ranking or a guarantee. Confirm current services, licences where required, fees, property availability and transaction terms directly with the company and appropriate authorities.

Corrections

Companies and authorised representatives can request factual corrections through the Contact page. Requests are reviewed against reliable sources before publication.
