Requesting a correction

Agencies and authorised representatives may request review of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete profile information.

Evidence required

Provide the agency name, profile URL, the specific information to be corrected and a reliable source supporting the request. Suitable evidence may include the agency's official website, an official company email domain, a public registry or another authoritative source.

Representative verification

For profile ownership or representative verification, the operator may request reasonable evidence that the requester is authorised to act for the organisation.

Scope of verification

Representative verification establishes a trusted route for reviewing factual profile information. It does not transfer ownership of the directory page, ranking, underlying market structure, methodology or platform-generated observations.

Review process

Unsupported promotional claims, unverifiable statements or requests that conflict with attributable evidence may be declined. Corrections are reviewed for factual accuracy and are not published automatically.
